We booked a function at the Key Guest villa in Orkney, and 3 days before our function they changed the pricing, added venue hire (which was never mentioned before), and told us we needed to clear the venue before 11 pm. The lady even suggested to us that we should rather use another venue and was extremely unprofessional. With 3 days before our function they dropped us, and we did have to change the venue. I strongly advise against ever considering them.
